There are lots of great locations that welcome rugby and THE PUBS OF RUGBY will help you find those bars, that perfect pint and other rugby players, wherever your travels take you. Established by David Martin, the author of the forthcoming Rugby Player's Cook Book, in these pages we will visit some of the best bars where rugby is on the menu and a part of the fabric of the bar. We are starting off in the USA but check back often and see where our pub travels take us. We will tell you about some of our favorites and some of yours.
 
Years ago on a trip to Lausanne, Switzerland I happened upon a bar called the White Horse, it turned out to be the home of the local rugby team. I met some of the player's, someone bought me a beer and I had a great night. That's what this site is all about. Don't forget to send in information about your favorite pub.
